How Our Courses Work

Group Sessions

Small, supportive groups of 6–12 people meet weekly. You’ll learn together, share experiences, and practise in a space where self-criticism isn’t welcome.

Structured Content

Each session builds on the last. You’ll receive guidance, exercises, and resources to practise between sessions so changes become real in your daily life.

Mindfulness-Based

Our approach is rooted in evidence-informed mindfulness traditions. We focus on what actually works, not what sounds good in theory.
