How Kinder Mind Ltd Began

We didn’t start with a perfect formula. We started with a problem we saw repeatedly in our communities.

The Realization

Too many people we knew were caught in cycles of harsh inner criticism. They’d make a small mistake and spiral into negative self-talk for days. They’d compare themselves to others and feel like failures. Worst part? They’d never learned there’s another way. Kinder Mind Ltd was founded in 2019 to change that. We’ve now trained over 800 people across Ireland in self-compassion practices that actually work.
